Who we are

AI Vidia is a performance-creative studio based in Copenhagen, Denmark. We're the data controller for personal data collected via aividia.dk. Reach us at kev@aividia.dk.

What we collect, and why

Short version: the minimum we need to reply to you and improve the site.

• Contact form data (name, email, brand URL, message). Used only to reply. Stored in our email inbox and briefly in our form relay. Not sold, not shared.
• Analytics (page views, device type, referrer, country). Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation. Loaded only after you accept analytics cookies.
• Performance telemetry (load times, Core Web Vitals) via Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights. Anonymous, aggregated, no cookies.

Legal basis

We process data on the basis of your consent (analytics), legitimate interest (replying to your enquiry, securing the site) and contractual necessity (delivering work once you become a client).

Sub-processors

We keep the stack lean. Current sub-processors:

• Vercel (hosting, analytics, speed insights, edge functions)
• Google Analytics 4 (opt-in web analytics)
• Resend / Formsubmit (transactional email relay)
• Google Workspace (inbox)

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent. Email us and we'll act within 30 days. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).

Retention

Contact messages: 24 months, then deleted. Analytics: 14 months (GA4 default). Client data under contract: for the lifetime of the engagement plus 5 years for tax compliance.

Changes

When this policy changes materially we'll bump the date at the top and, if the change affects your consent, re-surface the cookie banner.
