The brief

IndianBites had a fast-growing DTC food brand, a limited production budget, and a Meta account starving for fresh creative. Traditional food photography couldn't keep up with the weekly testing cadence their performance team wanted.

The approach

We built a brand-locked style system, lighting, plateware, garnish language, shot framing, tuned against their existing hero imagery. From there: a weekly 12-variant batch of food hero shots, recipe-in-action sequences, and UGC-style creator frames, all on-brand on the first pass.

The creative

142 assets shipped across 11 weeks. 18 hero concepts, each tested in 6–10 variant cuts. Winners scaled into full campaigns; losers were killed within 72 hours.

The result

Winning variant cohorts lifted ROAS 2.4×. Paid social CTR climbed 58% against the prior creative baseline. Weekly test volume went 12× and production stopped being the bottleneck.
